Airbnb – Floating House

The Airbnb Floating House. A slightly different one, but an enormous success. There can’t have been many agency brainstorms that haven’t included the immortal line ‘What about floating ‘X’ down the Thames?’. Not the most original of concepts maybe, but we did this in style, without doubt the most successful of the huge variety of Thames floating structures. 

We designed and built a fully functioning floating London townhouse. It had two bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen,  bathroom and a 30ft garden. With a little help from our faithful tug boat, the house cruised the Thames for a week, with guests staying on board overnight whilst it was anchored at various Thames moorings.

 The worldwide media coverage was phenomenal.
