To announce the arrival of Sky Arts on Freeview this September they partnered with Spencer Tunick to produce one of his famous installations at Alexandra Palace, in London.
The piece incorporated a mass of nude volunteers who performed choreographed arrangements, as directed by Spencer.
The idea was to explore the feelings and emotions brought up by lockdown and social distancing in an unusual but beautiful way.
Despite the 5am arrival time and very cold weather, the shoot was oversubscribed many times over and the applicants were whittled down to the lucky 200 who took part.
With very strict precautions in place, there was still a fantastic sense of community and camaraderie amongst the participants and the pictures were picked up around the world.
