Ben & Jerry’s – Sundae on the Common

We came up with the concept for, and ran Ben & Jerry’s Sundae on Clapham Common, London, and latterly Heaton Park in Manchester. This started as a one day event with 5,000 capacity and grew over 7 years to become a two-day festival in two cities, with over 45,000 tickets sold in the final year. 

We organised every aspect of the Sundae, from booking the bands, to site infrastructure, marketing, licensing, ticketing, food and bars. Everything!

With headliners including Doves, Super Furry Animals and Maximo Park, and performances by Florence and the Machine, Frightened Rabbit, Teenage Fanclub and many, many more, along with toe wrestling, banana jousting, activities for the whole family, great food and drink and of course unlimited free ice cream, the Sundae sold out every single year.
